Could this be the front panel of the next generation iPhone?

Judging from this video, this could very well be the front panel for the next generation iPhone. This new part is much taller compared to an iPhone 4S front panel and is much more transparent too. Also, a scratch test was done in this video to reveal that this purported new front panel is much more scratch resistant than current iPhone front panels. If this video truly does show the front panel of the next generation iPhone, then rumors of a 4-inch iPhone are confirmed. Personally, I really like the design and look of this alleged new iPhone front panel. I think it looks new and refreshed and is a necessary design change for Apple to make.
